The Shadow that Follows You - Trauma

What happened to you was awful, undeserved, and not your fault. The fact that it continues to have a hold on you, and probably offers up some unjust feelings of guilt, shame, fear, or loneliness, is just too much to bear. You feel like you’re stuck and never going to move forward.
